FAQ

We've added a few FAQ to this page. If there is anything else you would like to know, please drop us a line.

Where would I have the party?

We will bring the ponies to you for your pony party. You can have it at your home if your garden is big enough to accomodate a pony or two. If you don't have the room or want to have your party elsewhere then we can come to a suitable venue of your choice. We have a few local venues already listed here -> Pony Friendly Venues

1.

How big does my garden or venue need to be?

Ideally we need to have easy access to your garden or venue, enough room for the ponies & children to safely move around & an area to ride in. If you don't have easy access to your garden then the ponies have been known to nip thorugh the house to get to it.  If in doubt, please contact us.

2.

What if I haven't got anywhere suitable to have the party?

If you don't have the room or want to have your pony party elsewhere then we can come to a suitable venue of your choice. Many council parks & village greens are ideal but some councils prohibit riding on certain areas so please check with them first. If you'd rather, just forward the venue details to us & we'll contact them directly. We have a few local venues already lised here -> Pony Friendly Venues.

3.

What happens if it rains?

The ponies don't mind the rain but we appreciate that it may not be so much fun for everyone else. If the weather is very bad then we are happy to offer another date if postponed by 6pm the day before the party.

4.

Where do you travel to?

We are happy to travel Nationwide throughout the year to children's birthday parties, event's, fetes & for seasonal activities. For long distance travel costs please contact us.

For local birthday parties & events we will travel within a 20 mile radius free of charge (as calculated by google maps). After this 50p per mile will be charged.
